Q. What will the cost be to become a member of Saiosh?
A. The annual membership fee is R275. See the Membership page on this site for more info.
Q. How can Saiosh afford to have such low annual membership fees?
A. Saiosh is managed in such a manner that it is self funding both at national and branch level. It also has Corporate Members which contributes to the total annual income. Saiosh communicate to its members online and electronicly which eliminates printing and publishing costs. Saiosh pass these financial benefits on to its members and as a result lower annual subs.
Q. I am a member of another safety institution, can I join Saiosh?
A. Yes you can, you can be a member of more than one safety organisation, Saiosh is just one of many options available world wide. Remember that Saiosh benefits to its members are immense. See Membership page for all the benefits.
Q. Will I lose my professional registration if I join Saiosh?
A. Not at all. Saiosh encourage its members to become professionally registered. Organisations that do professional registrations are autonomous bodies, they are not the safety institutions that you belong to.
